Our payment gateway allows transactions with Credit / Debit Cards, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Shipping
At present we only send items to a UK Mainland address.
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of cleared payment. Excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Our courier services aim to deliver within 3 - 5 working days from day of dispatch.
Our express delivery aim to deliver within 24-48 hours from day of dispatch.
Royal Mail deliver within 2-3 working days from day of dispatch.
You are given a choice of courier service's at the checkout.
Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and the delivery address that you give when you place your order and are as follows:-
Economy up to 1Kg £2.99 Next Day up to 5Kg £6.99
Economy up to 5Kg £3.99 Next Day up to 10Kg £7.99
Economy up to 10kg £4.99 Next Day up to 30Kg £8.99
Economy up to 15Kg £5.99
The delivery times are provided to us by the individual post/courier companies and are not legally binding. Please also note that certain postcodes do unfortunately incur an extra delivery day/charge.
Returns
If an item is not required. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item, to return it to us, in an un-used and resellable condition to receive a refund. This excludes any postage costs. If the item is faulty you can send the item back to us and upon inspection, a full refund including all postage costs to yourself will be processed. Normally within 1 working day. Contact us first on any discrepencies you may have.
